The absolute best meal we had in Italy! Every dish was beautifully presented and the flavors were unforgettable, especially the carbonara which was nothing short of extraordinary. You can tell that real care and thought go into every part of the menu. The service was equally impressive. Our server Sasha was kind, attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. His knowledge and warmth added so much to the experience. We feel so lucky to have discovered this place and only wish we had time to try the whole menu. A remarkable dining experience and an absolute must-visit in Cagliari!

Excellent vegan place. We were looking for a place that gave us traditional food and this was it, we tried the malloredus, the parmeggiana, and the culurgiones. Deliciuos, excellent flavor, good portions. The server was very nice and friendly.

Amazing vegan food, everything made in house. So good, I went back twice and if I had more time, I would have gone again. The service is friendly and welcoming, the chef is kind and so knowledgeable. One of the best vegan restaurants I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend the cheese plate, Asian-style seitan, culurgiones and carbonara. Thank you so much for the amazing food, thank you chef Vladimir.

Gintilla is a very beautiful place, the atmosphere is incredible and the food was excellent. If you're vegan and want a taste of traditional Sardinian food this is the place to go, I highly recommend the culurgiones, the seadas & the Mirto liquor! The staff was nice and friendly, we had an amazing time there! Would definitely come back next time I'm around !

Really good vegan restaurant. Nice first and second course. And tiramisu as a vegan dessert?! Wow. The asparagus in my pasta was a bit overcooked and the whole meal needed a finish. Which was pepper! With the pepper on the top it was well tasting. Strudel was fantastic. Artichoke was amazing. Service was nice. Wine was good!

Positive is the clean and light design. Open kitchen. Friendly waitress. No personal Italian or sardinian approach, and no conversation at all. Food: we ate twice, lunch menu and a la carte. Lasagna is good and also the fennel. The tempura was very oily, probably because of temperature being too low. Not crispy. Conclusion: must try out what you like, a mixed experience. Colors are super.

Good ambiance & atmosphere paired with great food! The cocktails were were excellent, the food was tasty and the desserts were delicious. You don’t have to be vegan to eat here. This restaurant rivals any in Sardinia. I will be back!

We had a wonderful experience at this vegan restaurant! The lasagna was delicious and their signature culurgiones were full of flavor. The cappuccino had a rich, creamy foam, and the fluffy lava cake was the perfect finale. The waiter was incredibly kind and attentive. We were impressed and will definitely be back!
